Ivan Reitman, Beau Flynn y Tripp Vinson serían los productores de esta idea, que desde ya buscaría tener a Justin Timberlake para el rol principal, según informa Twitch.
Por supuesto, no se espera que Timberlake sea exactamente el popular Mitch Buchannon. El cantante haría el papel de un exnadador olímpico que se presenta a las pruebas para formar parte del cuerpo de socorristas de las playas de Santa Mónica.
La exitosa ficción de la cadena NBC contará también con un espacio para las viejas glorias de la serie, por lo que, llegado el momento, harían cameos especiales David Hasselhoff y Pamela Anderson.
